  • Founder of non-profit dedicated to promoting support to those families who go through the NICU journey and through the help of volunteers, beanies are donated to preemies in the NICU

  • Educate, raise awareness, and teach members how to knit beanies for the preemies 

  • Strategically planned and prepare biweekly agenda, board meetings, and fundraisers

  • Established nationwide and international chapters in over10 countries, including India, South Africa, & Ecuador

  • Developed marketing, website, and media for the foundation
